My Aura instance was unavailable for around 2 minutes at 2am EST

I am on an Aura instance (still trial but upgrading at the end of the trial) and a bit before 2am EST this morning the instance was unreachable by my client. “Database not available” or something like that. A bit after 2am EST it was available again.

I cannot find any logs in Aura for me to search through to diagnose what happend and preven it from happening again. That downtime cost me a few hundred $$s.

I will share some advice in a DM with you as to how you can get some help. The free trial isn’t really set up to support production workloads (no support or SLA), but let’s see if we can figure out what happened with you.
