On our free instance we suddenly find that our instance is gone. Is there any way to recover it?

This is the documentation regarding our Aura free tier to avoid this in the future.
- Your database is automatically paused after 72 hours of inactivity to conserve resources.
- Simply log back into Aura to resume working if it has been paused.
- If an Aura Free instance remains paused for more than 30 days, it is permanently deleted, along with all of its data.
Tip: If your project is important, export your data regularly or log into Aura periodically to keep your instance active. These policies are documented in the Aura documentation and FAQ.
As it relates to your current database, please send an email to support@neo4j.com. I cannot make promises, but they may be able to help with your instance that has disappeared.
