yesterday, I created a free instance of AuraDB and added some few data points (<100 nodes). Unfortunately, under console.neo4j.io the instance is (or at least appears) offline after an indeterministic period of time (for example after 10 minutes). This behavior happens all over the day.
Escpecially after executing deeplinks into Bloom (inside the neo4j-workspace) that use a predefined search-phrase in the link, I noticed that the underlying cypher queries take extremely long (in the Neo4j browser they execute immediately).
Surprisingly I noticed that when executing 2 or 3 times a bloom deeplink, the connection fails and the database instance is again offline in the console. (after a few seconds it's online again).
I tried with different browsers like Edge or Firefox, but the behaviour is the same. I don't know if the issue is connected with the availability or the service itself or if some process in between is the root cause of the problem.
Does someone have an idea what might going on here?
