Our Neo4j Aura db is gone. We had a db in our cloud account with a prototype site connected to it. We spent a lot of time developing he queries and adding data, and now its all gone. What happened?
Hello! Was the instance in Neo4j's cloud or a third-party cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)? Was it a Free tier, Pro tier, or Enterprise tier?
Lastly, do you have the database id or anything that we can use to track it down? Happy to forward the info on to see what might have happened!
