Since past 3-4 days new instance of AuraDB is not starting up. Existing instances got paused and never finish resuming.
Any outage going on for Free instances?

I've just tried to start a free Aura instance, and the UI marks it as running, 08/27/2024 8:41 CEST. I can connect to it from the browser and run queries without any interruption.
However, we must take into account that my free instance has been automatically deployed in Belgium (europe-west1). You should take into account the region your instance has been deployed when considering outages.
Anyway, no incident has been registered in the past week.
Unfortunately, logs are available for AuraDB professional instances only, so they are not available in your case to get more insight on the issue.
Maybe try to click on the instance in the Aura console and seek for any additional information about the error.
Let me know if the issue solved autonomously.
