I checked my registration email and it points me to http://sandbox.neo4j.com as well.
I am not able to get past the email verification page, hence not able to login to the sandbox
(I do not get the verification email)
Just for info, the sandbox works for another course that I have currently "in progress".
The problem with the sandbox (not working) seems to be for the course that has been "completed" ? Maybe it is per design, I wonder ?
Sandboxes will also expire after a specified time. You usually get a warning email. It is possible it has expired and deleted. I just created a new sandbox for a class I had resumed taking to see what would happen. A new sandbox was created for the class. It states it will expire in 3 days.
Once you have completed a course and go back to review the content the sandbox you used in the course is no longer available in GraphAcademy.
You can create a new movies sandbox at sandbox.neo4j.com at any time which will contain the same data as you had when taking the Cypher Fundamentals course.
This explains the situation I am facing and the solution.

I am not able to complete the login process.
The credentials are verified ok and then it gets to the page "sending verification email".
I did not receive a verification email, despite trying several times (last couple of days). Hence not able to go further into the sandbox site.
Any ideas welcome or maybe I am missing something.
Hi Anshu, sorry to hear you had issues logging into sandbox. I believe we've identified & addressed the issue, so please try logging in again and let us know if you still see the "sending verification email" message.

The login problem to the sandbox was solved - thanks to @jon.harris.
I was able to create the movies database and run queries on it in workspaces.
I am able to re-run course queries now .
