I have finished my Neo4j Certified Professional test, but when I try to submit t-shirt form a 'Internal Server Error' prompt me. Is there something to do? Tks!
Hi @darciosavilela I was just testing this to see what I see. Try logging out of graph academy and then visiting that link. When I wasn't logged in, I was prompted to log in and then saw the page. If I'm logged in to graph academy, then I see the same thing you did.

Here are my steps for scenario 1:
1- Not logged in of graph academy
2 - Click on link https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/account/rewards/neo4j-certification/
3 - Site prompted me to log in
4 - When I log, I immediately see that "page not found" page
Scenario 2:
1 - First I log in graph academy
2 - Click on link: https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/account/rewards/neo4j-certification/
3 - I see the form
4 - When I click the submit button, a "page not found" is prompted
