I recently completely the Neo4j Certified Professional exam, but when I visit the following page to claim my t-shirt, I am just met by "404 page not found".

Has anyone else experienced this?
I am able to access my certificate by navigating to “my completed courses” in graph academy, then the certified professional course, then click on the “view certificate “ button. Here is a screenshot of mine.

Thanks for you reply. Have you been able to claim your T-shirt? My original question was related to the T-shirt reward page returning 404 not found, the certificate page also works for me 
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes I did, but it was a few years ago. Let me see if I can find you some help.

@Gardengnome There was an issue with GraphAcademy after a server migration. If you try now the issue should have been resolved. Apologies.

hi, after filling the form and clicking on Redeem, the 502 error was shown and now in the achievement page it is showing 'Reward claimed'. Ic couldnt find any status or progress track of my reward. Could you help?
