Unable to claim the T-shirt after certification

I completed the Neo4j Certified Professional exam, I connected to 'https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/account/rewards/neo4j-certification/' to order the T-shirt, but I got an 'Internal Server Error'.

Could you please help me with this?
