Unable to order T-shirt

Hello Neo4j team,

I completed the Neo4j Certified Professional exam, I connected to 'https://neo4j-proshirts.web.app/' to order the T-shirt, but I got 'Internal Server Error'.

I used the same credentials to connect to 'https://neo4j-proshirts.web.app/' as for taking the certification exam. (Google auth)

Could you please help on this?

I have already filled out the order form through LinkedIn auth, but it can not be submitted.

It still show the error message (internal server error)

This is so exciting!

But when I submitted, it showed the message below. (I log in https://neo4j-proshirts.web.app/ through LinkedIn auth.)

Your order request has failed because we could not verify that you met the requirements. You must be a certified professional and not submitted an order before. If you feel like this is incorrect please contact devrel@neo4j.com

Also I login the graphacademy through LinkedIn auth, it shows my Neo4j Certified Professional Certification.

My linkedin account email is the same as this account email.

Could you help me to check my qualification?

Hi Elanie,
I am from India. I've completed my certification and as I am eligible to order a t-shirt, I have given the details in the proshirts-web link. But It ii throwing an error saying that "Could not validate your address". Could you please look through it??

I have cleared certified Professional exam as well as graph data science certificate exam. But when I am logging through email and password and trying to order T-shirt it is giving error as below.

I have tried multiple times but still getting the same error.

Hello @hari_mandela ,

Make sure that all address related fields have a proper value. If the address line fields are too long, they can be rejected by the system.

Could you please, contact with me through email. As, the prompt said, it could not validate address, I tried different addresses. Could you please, share the address details with me so that, I can pick the order from that location.
