when I downloaded and installed the Neo4j desktop, I meet two questions. Could you please help me solve the following problem? Thanks a lot. I’ll appreciate you if the question can be solved.
1.the version of Neo4j desktop i download is 1.59, so I need the software key to active the application. But when i get start free and download the desktop exe, the redirected web page does not appear the software key.
- when I run the neo4j desktop and open DBMs, the logs always exits some information, like that:[2025-08-17 09:58:21.012] [warn] ERROR: {"error":"Fetch status [403]","url":"https://dist.neo4j.org/neo4j-desktop/win/latest.yml"}
[2025-08-17 09:58:21.182] [warn] ERROR: {"error":"Fetch status [403]","url":"http://dist.neo4j.org/neo4j-desktop/win/latest.yml"} so THE DBMS cannot open.
