Unable to install Neo4j desktop on Windows - stuck

stuck during installation of neo4j desktop on Windows. here's the log where it's stuck:

getting a 404 - please help

Can you please share the full desktop log. The team said that fetch error doesn't prevent desktop from loading. Thanks

unable to attach as file due to being new user, unable to paste log because it's complaining about new users not able to post more than 2 links in a post.
