Neo4j Desktop Graph Creation Error

I am getting the error, "Database failed to create: Error: Could not change password"
Neo4j Desktop version: 1.2.6
The log file is given below in the image:

Were you trying to upgrade a database or was this when creating a brand new database??

This was when creating a graph and if you have noticed the UI has been changed a bit from the
version 1.2.5. When clicking on the Add database section it asks you options with regard to creating a new Graph so I tried to create a new graph but it ended up showing this error.
