Database failed to create:Error:Could not change password

I had updated my Neo4J desktop from version 1.3.8 to 1.3.10. I get the below error when i try to create a database

Database failed to create:Error:Could not change password

While checking the log file i can see the error as below :
Neo4jAdmin: CylancePROTECT Script Control has blocked access to this PowerShell script.

Can you please help me in fixing this issue ?

Hi Siddarth, welcome to the community. One option I’d recommend is uninstalling and reinstalling Neo4J desktop browser. This may fix the issue.
