Hi,
I'm trying to complete the "Introduction to Cypher" course on GraphAcademy but the sandbox is not accepting the credentials that I was e-mailed. I've tried them too many times now and I seem to be locked out now. What do I do to get access?
Note: I'm using the Browser URL also provided in the e-mail to access the Sandbox.
[UPDATE]: It has started working now
The sandbox for a course, by default, expires in 3 days, unless you extend it to 10 days.
The course will use an existing sandbox, but of the sandbox does not exist, it will create it.
If you revisiting a course you have not accessed in more than 10 days, keep in mind that the connection details for the sandbox will be different because a new sandbox was created.
