I have tried every solution available in the internet . May be I am missing something . Can someone please help me to get rid of this problem ?

What version of Neo4j Desktop?
Do you have Neo4j installed on some other remote server to which Desktop is trying to connect to?
Are you able to connect to this other Neo4j remote instance using Neo4j Browser?
I see in the screenshot the url for a local server. You need to provide the url of the remote server when creating a remote connection. Is this what you want to do?

- in a different server? then you are missing the url
- in a docker or some local container? then you probably have the wrong ports on your local address
