I have successfully passed a Neo4j certification exam, but I have not received my certificate email yet. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder without success.
Could you please help me retrieve or resend my certificate?

Hi, Thank you for checking in. I did not receive the email containing my certificate. However, the certificate does appear on the website, so I am able to view and share it there. I just wanted to ask if it would also be possible to receive the certificate by email so I can download it. Thank you very much for your help.
Yes - this is the format the certificate sent. We don't send PDF versions for download currently. Congratulations on your certification. Please go this link and press the "join request" button so you can submit your request for your certification badge here in the community?
