Hi guys, I cannot run Bloom on "localhost:7474/bloom" while browser client runs fine. I am unsure if I need to activation key since I did install the bloom server plugins to my desktop application. And if I do then how can we get it?

the Neo4j desktop version is 1.6.1 and the DBMS version is 5.24.2
The current Bloom version (bloom that is present in the neo4j desktop app) is 2.11.0. I have downloaded the Bloom server zip and it is of version 2.18.0. I did add the bloom plugin (jar file) to the plugin folder and when I run Bloom client on my desktop application, it shows this error "We couldn't find a license for the Neo4j Bloom Server. Please check with your system administrator."
Is it because I don't have the activation key since I did add the plugins but did not ask for the activation key. If yes then how can I contact a Neo4j rep for activation key? Do I need an activation key just to run bloom client on web browser locally?

and additionally please remove the bloom*jar from plugins/
and if you start Bloom via either option depicted below are you able to then connect
