Can't access Bloom 2.21.0 from Neo4j Desktop 2.0.2

I have installed Bloom 2.21.0 from the plug-ins menu of a local instance in Neo4j Desktop 2.0.2. When I select Tools/Explore, I get the message: "We couldn't find a license for the Neo4j Bloom Server. Please check with your system administrator." How should I proceed if I want to use Bloom?

I've had the same problem. Then suddenly, without taking action, I was able to access Bloom. But when I run a saved query Bloom only finds nodes and relationships without displaying them graphically.

Hi and thanks for your post!

You can use Explore for free with a local instance in Desktop 2, but you should not install the Bloom Enterprise plugin, which is only for paid Enterprise deployments. If you remove the Bloom plugin, many of the features will work via the Explore tab in Desktop 2.

@eric.prideaux for your saved query, are you referring to a Scene Action or Search Phrase in Explore’s Saved Cypher section? If elements are returned from your query, they should be displayed.
