Unable to download graph algorithms plugin in neo4j

I am trying to download graph algorithms plugin but the install button is disabled.
i am on online mode.

That means for that Neo4J version there is no compatible Graph algorithms library available. Graph algorithms are available for 3.5 version not 4.0 as of yet.

Ok, the Neo4j-desktop 1.2.7 (the only one downloadable) uses Neo4j 4.0.3 databases. But since I am following the examples of the book "Graph Algorithms by Mark Needham and Amy E. Hodler", I need this plugin. How can I downgrade to the 3.5 release?

I am answering to myself: when you create a new database, you can choose the version of the server that you want.
