Two earned certificates not appearing on my Certifications page (Google SSO account)

Hi GraphAcademy team,

I've earned two certificates that are not appearing on my Certifications page, even though I'm logged into the correct account.

Account details:

Certificate URLs (both verify correctly when opened directly):

Issue:
When I navigate to my Certifications page while logged into longo.analytics@gmail.com, neither of these certificates is shown. The Account Settings page confirms I'm logged in under the correct email, and the certificate pages themselves resolve and verify against this email — so they exist on the back end but aren't being rendered on my profile.

Already tried:

  • Hard refresh of the Certifications page
  • Logging out and back in via Google SSO
  • Confirmed both certificates are tied to this exact email

Could you please re-sync these two certificates to my profile so they appear under My Certifications?

Your certificates are showing on your Acheivements page.

that are not appearing on my Certifications page,

Could you send me a screenshot of what you're looking at?

If you return to the certification page (e.g. Neo4j Certified Professional | Free Neo4j Courses from GraphAcademy) you should the option to view your certificate.

Hi Martin,

You are right, I tried your link and can see the certifications there ( Adriano Longo's Achievements | Free Neo4j Courses from GraphAcademy ) . I think I was looking in the wrong place.

I was clicking on the "Certifications" link here next to my name. But now I understand that is simply the certifications page. All is well. Thank you for taking the time to resolve my non-issue. Apologies for taking your valuable time.
