Certifications and courses taken have disappeared

Hi,

I achieved the Neo4j Certified Professional on 24 nov 2025, and the Neo4j Graph Data Science on mar 25 nov 2025, alongside all the courses needed for the two certifications. I tried to login now and don't see anything at-all, neither certifications nor courses taken.
