GraphAcademy course progress not updating after completion

Hello Neo4j Team,

I have completed the Neo4j Certification course and two GraphAcademy courses. However, my course progress is not updating correctly.

Some lessons that I have already completed are still showing as incomplete, and in certain sections my answers are not being recorded when I submit them. Because of this, the completion percentage remains low even though I have finished the course content.

I have tried refreshing the page and logging in again, but the issue still exists.

Could you please check my account and help update my course progress?

Hi,

Do you by any chance have 2 logins? For example,

  1. login through Google
  2. login through a user id (email) and password

These 2 logins would be considered 2 different accounts, if you logged in with one and completed your certification, it wouldnt show on the other.

If not, can you let me have your email address and I can have a look at your account.

Once you have joined the community using the same login as you have with Graph Academy, and then complete 1 more coutse, your GraphAcademy account will sync with community and will trigger a notification within 1-3 business days.
