Stuck on "Configuring Sandbox"

Hi,

I am currently doing the Importing CSV Data into Neo4j course and am attempting the Transform Strings to Lists Challenge. However, the sandbox on the right is stuck in the "Configuring Sandbox, please wait..." animation.

I have tried the following based on reading other forum posts here:

  • I tried opening https://sandbox.neo4j.com/ in another tab
  • I tried logging out and then in again
  • I tried deleting the sandbox and creating a new one

Please advise. Thanks!

Hey John,

We've been having some intermittent problems with Sandbox that usually sort themselves out within an hour or so. Have you tried again since?

Yes, it eventually started working. Never figured out the issue but I was able to finish the course. Thanks.
