Hi. I'm trying to do the exercise (importing data via CSV into Data Importer) in course
but the credentials are not working. I need the credentials to work so I can complete the course, specifically run the Neo4j import from the "Data Importer".
Could you please assist?
What exactly didn't work? Do you have a screenshot?
Were you able to access the credentials when you went to sandbox.neo4j.com and looked at the sandbox there?
Was the sandbox still running?
i get the same error as above. my blank sandbox expired and i created another following the instructions. however when i run the sandbox queries i get the correct results however when i verify results it is not able to connect and verify.
Which particular lesson/challenge are you in where the verify results are not working?
