Neosemantics : "Detecting n10s Plugin" spinning

When starting the neosemantics application, the message "detecting n10s plugin" is spinning for ever. I can close the neosemantics application. I would like to know how to solve this issue and use the neosemantics application

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I try to launch the Neosemantics app. It brings up a window that says Detecting n10s plugin... but spins forever.
Would like to know how to fix.

I have tested this on both MacOS and Windows. Same problem:
Detecting n10s plugin but spins forever.
I'm finding this discouraging and wish someone would reply with a fix/workaround.

Same issue here. Why do you install the app by default in Neo4j Desktop when it's not working? Tried 2 hours to find a solution. All the old solutions is NOT working. Very disappointing.

What version of Neo4j Desktop? And version of Neo4j database and edition? Is this still Neo4j 4.0.2 Community?

I have it working. Don't bother launching it. Check the n10s are there, check the HTTP endpoints are there and import or preview your rdf file. Let me know if you want the full details.
