Neosemantics : "Detecting n10s Plugin" spinning

• neo4j 5.11.0, desktop 1.5.9, browser 5.12.0, neosemantics 0.3.4, n10s 5.11 compatible, Windows 10 environment

When starting the neosemantics application, the message "detecting n10s plugin" is spinning for ever. I can close the neosemantics application. I would like to know how to solve this issue and use the neosemantics application

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I try to launch the Neosemantics app. It brings up a window that says Detecting n10s plugin... but spins forever.
Would like to know how to fix.

I have tested this on both MacOS and Windows. Same problem:
Detecting n10s plugin but spins forever.
I'm finding this discouraging and wish someone would reply with a fix/workaround.

Neosemantics plugin is not detected

I'm running Neo4j Server version: 4.0.2 (community). I followed the directions on the neosemantics plugin installation. Same issue here. Why do you install the app by default in Neo4j Desktop when it's not working? Tried 2 hours to find a solution. All the old solutions is NOT working. Very disappointing.
