I just delivered a Neo4j-POC to NTNU and the national board of housing building and planning in Sweden. The topic was "using BCF API and IFC-graph (graph building models) in a system for digital inspection plans". I can send a summary of the results of this POC as pdf. The report is open to read to the public.
I am a certified Neo4j developer and have been developing some basic functional GUI:s.
