if one goes to Neo4j Deployment Center - Graph Database & Analytics and attempts to download Neo4j Community 5.24 the resultant URL is thus
https://neo4j.com/download-thanks/?edition=community&release=5.24.0&flavour=unix
in the URL you will see a reference to release=5.24.0. Simply change this to the version desired and post the URL.

Thank you @dana_canzano for bearing with me and guiding through. I'm pretty new to Neo4J and trying custom installation in on-prem environment which granular settings like data and conf files are on dedicated drives and systemctl.
Please guide me, if you've any pointers handy.
