Info about Neo4j Enterprise License and Bloom server License

Hi guys, So our team got into the neo4j startup program and they sent an email with the enterprise License. Our goal is to connect to neo4j running in aws via bloom remotely. For that we would need bloom server license. Does the enterprise license include the bloom server license? How do i go forward from here?
Also I have tried making a txt file of the license provided in the email, the format of the email was this

High level description:
License is for 3 machines in production, 3 in test/staging, and 6 in development. 24 cores each. Max of 256GB of RAM each machine.

Do I just copy paste the License part in a txt file and add its path to neo4j.conf? I did try this but Bloom now shows this error
"The Neo4j Bloom Server license couldn't be verified. Please contact your system administrator."
Would really appreciate some help regarding these issues.

Hi, thank you for your email! The Startup Program only includes a license for the Enterprise Edition. You can purchase GDS and Bloom licenses separately with a startup discount. Can you email startups@neo4j.com with your startup name and location to get started with the order?
