How to modify :style with hosted neo4j (4.2)?

I'm using a cloud hosted neo4j 4.3.1
I basically want to tweak some CSS like larger font size for links.
I found this guide:

but there's no such area to import the style sheet (GRASS file?) into the hosted version?
Is this missing from new releases?
I can use the :style command...

oh seems you can just drag a file anywhere into the browser and it silently picks up the new styling...
