When I download GDS for a Local DBMS I can't start the DBMS and this error appears. But without GDS I can open the DBMS.
Can you uninstall and install the GDS plugin again?
The correct version of GDS should be 2.13.4. Assuming your dbms version is 5.26.5 ? (If not, updating to the lastest patch of 5.26 would help)
I have similar problem with APOC and GDS in the same time.

@peterpirogtf do you have the same version combination? can you update to the latest dbms 5.26 patch release as well?
I tried to replicate your setup but locally the combination works.
Can you share the error message present in the debug or neo4j log?
