I work at PinMeTo in Malmö, we build a Marketing technology platform in which we use Neo4j for handling statistics and store our permission model. We've been using it for ~2 years now both form node and elixir.

make sure to drop by at the Neo office some time. Your use-case sounds interesting, is there any published material? I also would love to see more content around Elixir, do you use Florins driver?
