Hello!
I’m currently using the public recommendations database hosted at demo.neo4jlabs.com.
The database was working normally during my experiment, but after approximately 80% of the run it suddenly started returning:
Neo.ClientError.Security.Unauthorized: The client is unauthorized due to authentication failure.
Since then, I have also been unable to connect to the recommendations database through Neo4j Browser using the usual credentials.
The Browser console also shows errors such as:
SSO provider discovery attempt failed on endpoint: https://demo.neo4jlabs.com error: TypeError: Failed to fetch
and warnings related to SSO discovery.
The database had been working correctly immediately before this happened, and I have not changed the connection URL or credentials.

Could you please check whether there is currently an issue with the public recommendations demo instance, or whether it needs to be restarted/reset?
