Preparing for customer demo and system went south.
This used to work fine with data science within Bloom and now does not.
Have databases 4.4.17 and 5.14.0 Browser 1.5.9 Mac OSX 14.1.2, Java 17.0.9.
THIS WORKS
Start and stopping the 4.4.17 database usually takes <15 sec.
Start database
Open Bloom
Restore previous graph 181 Nodes and 42 relationships (I have also cleared it and started fresh)
Click on node to select expand with relationship
Close Bloom
Check Activity monitor all is within normal
Stop Database ~15 sec
THIS DOES NOT WORK
Start database ~15 sec
Open Bloom
Restore View 181 Nodes and 42 relationships
Select Data Science and Community Label Propagation
This does not complete - It used to.
I get error message saying poor connection retrying
Stop data science algorithm
Click on node to select expand and it is showing busy circle
Close Bloom
Stop database does not stop even after 2 hrs
I hear the fans kick in and launch activity monitor and after two samples it also freezes
I need to force quit both Neo4J and Activity monitor and I then do a restart.
How do I get this back to a normal working state?
