Connect local dbms to the server on Neo4j Desktop

Hello,

I have been working on my Project on a local dbms on Neo4J Desktop. I plan to switch from using local dbms to remote dbms. Is there a way I can connect my local dbms to a server? In another word, can I copy all my nodes from a local dbms to a remote dbms?
