I'm using the Desktop (V1.5.8) and have a database using V5.7. I've been using it for a while and saw there is an upgrade available for V5.8. I did the upgrade and now the Desktop is saying a change in the Bolt configuration is needed (port change). I can't get the fix (provided by the Desktop) to make the change. I've also tried running Neo4j in Admin mode without any luck. It only happens on the V5.7 -> V5.8 upgrade. As a result the database I was using is now inaccessible.

To fix this problem, let us change these port configurations:
