Cannot set caption in bloom

In the documentation for bloom, it is stated that you can change the caption for a category in bloom.

But when I click on a category, I see the "Exclude" column, but not the "Caption" one.

Is there another way to change the caption in Bloom?

Tried it on my Mac and on my Pc with same result. I'm on 1.4.15.

It moved to the right side legend for styling, where it says "Text"
