AuraDB won't load dump file today

I'm trying to update data in auradb from a dump file generated locally. Using both the neo4j-admin and the Web client drag and drop UI, the file seems to get up Uploaded successfully, but then it fails during the Load step. This is the relevant part of the trace from the terminal.

We have received your export and it is currently being loaded into your Aura instance.
You can wait here, or abort this command and head over to the console to be notified of when your database is running.
Import progress (estimated)
Rough guess for how long dump file import will take: 11 minutes; file size is 2.1 GB (2217755167 bytes)

When I try to log in to support, I get an error “We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.”

Thanks for any help on either issue!

Hi Ben, I'll DM you so I can get the DBID details here and ensure you can contact Support.
