AuraDB Free Tier Stuck Updating

My AuraDB Free tier has been stuck with a status of "updating" based on the outage on 7/23/2026. https://status.neo4j.io/

Their latest update "Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues Jul 23, 2026 - 22:28 UTC "

Indicates to me that the issue is resolved. However, my instance is stuck as "updating" without any insight into the underlying progress or state. It has been stuck now for at least 4 hours, since I noticed the issue.

I cannot open a support ticket, because my project is not listed under the available projects to select when creating a ticket via support.neo4j.

I need help on guidance and next steps

This has still not been resolved. Aura instance still stuck in "updating"
