Websocket issue during execution of csv load

I encounter the following issue while uploading a csv file; hope someone can help me out with this

I really don't know. Have you opened the developer tools and looked at the console to see if there are any errors after executing the query

Tried several thinks

1. increase heap etc, connect via google etc, al without result, should I email you the log files?

Looks like you're using Neo4j Desktop - where is your actual database (is it local, AuraDB, or something else)?

To gave you update; I increased server memory heap and page cache to 8g; and reduced csv file from 200k to 30k rows but still encounter web socket issue
Any help is appreciated
