I upgraded neo4j to V 4.0. The installation was successful but when I try to access the browser, there is no response.
I tried re-installing the service and restarted the laptop, but no luck.
I also loaded a dump before accessing the browser.
You may need to clear the cache. You can also try opening up a private/incognito window.
