Unvoluntary Bloom version downgrade after reinstallation of Bloom

Hi, after some strange config file corruption, I had to uninstall and reinstall Bloom (otherwise Neo4J Desktop would not start). After reinstalling, I found that I have version 1.7.0 now instead of 2.5.1 before, which means that functionality is reduced and I cannot use my Perspective JSON files any more. My Neo4J Desktop Version is 1.4.8 (Windows) and the Neo4J engine is 4.4.12. Neo4J Desktop reports that Bloom version 1.7.0 is the latest version.

What can I do to get a newer Bloom version back?

Thank you.

Could you describe the process you used to uninstall and then reinstall Bloom in Neo4j Desktop? Bloom is included by default in Neo4j Desktop.

If you click on the "Notification Center" icon toward the bottom left in Neo4j Desktop and click the "Check for updates" button do you see options to update to the latest versions of Bloom (and Neo4j Desktop)?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

You are right, I didn't "reinstall" it - I clicked on "Delete App" and when I restarted Neo4J Desktop, it was there again, but in the downgraded version.

Here is what I see:

Never mind. I installed Neo4J Desktop 1.5.7 alongside the 1.4 version (I thought I could not because I have no admin rights on my computer, but was wrong), and now I have the newer Bloom version back. Thank you so much for getting back to me quickly and sorry for the noise.
