Hi all,
I'm trying to setup neo4j + desktop on my system and have been unable to start my first dbms instance for hours as windows keeps complaining about the PATH length being to small, although I already disabled the path length limit through regedit and / or gpedit.msc.
This happens when starting the instance through the Desktop App as well as starting the created dbms directly through the command line.
I've tried re-starting the computer after every change to the path-length trying to run neo4j on windows?
I've attached all the logs I could find (which is only one as the program crashes quite early during startup):

I've tried to attached a --verbose log as a file as it is too long to be allowed in the question body, but I'm also not allowed to do that as a new user. In case this is required, I can post parts of the log as a response, if you'd like.
