I have these settings enables for the database

dbms.security.auth_enabled=true
dbms.security.procedures.unrestricted=gds.*
dbms.security.procedures.whitelist=gds.*

Unable to find the install button after following the steps for the desktop version

The most convenient way of installing the GDS library is through the Neo4j Desktop plugin called Neo4j Graph Data Science. The plugin can be found in the 'Plugins' tab of a database.

This only works on Mac and Windows at the moment. If like me, you’re using Linux, you’ll need to paste MyJFrog - JFrog Customer Portal into the ‘Install Graph Application’ form and then click on the Install button. That always works.
