I'm using neo4j enterprise 5.7. I'm able to download it using the command line. However, I'm unable to access to the localhost:7474. I received the error: This site can't be reached. Is there any way I can fix it? :(

How did you start it, can you share the log outputs from the start? And or the contents of the NEO4J_HOME/logs folder? (Or on linux /var/log/neo4j)
Hi I used bin/neo4j start and then connect it to the 127.0.0.1 with local host. I keep receiving WebSocket connection failure error
