PostgreSQL to NEO4j

Hello Everyone! thank you for your time and support.

My data is coming from PostgreSQL and as of now I am importing CSV to NEO4j for a test.
One question I have is what are the rules around properties for Relationships? Should we include Unique identifiers or is that implied? We are coming from a RDBMS environment.

Hello and thank you for you reply. I did take a look at the documents but still confused a bit.Should we include Unique identifiers or is that implied?? also if you've time would you have 5-10 for a short zoom call to give advice on NEO4j? that would be really appreciated. Please let me know!
