Person View Page Not Rendering properly (app-python)

I've been working though the content in the "Building Neo4j Applications with Python" class and specifically on this page: https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/courses/app-python/3-backlog/7-person-view/ there seems to be a problem rendering the content such that the markup isn't properly formatted and the verification step does not work. The form is broken and does nothing. The page shows up like

Rather than being formatted as HTML
