[neo4j]ValueError: Cannot resolve address Even though it was working fine till last 2 weeks suddenly the database was paused and now I am getting this error

I have used langchain for neo4j and everything was working fine till todayi got this error
"[neo4j]ValueError: Cannot resolve address "
When I checked on logging into the account I saw it was paused ? How do i resolve this error it was a free acccout and i was using AURA DB

Free instances can be paused if you're not using them. Log on to the aura console and start/unpause your instance

As part of our AuraDB Free offering, customers can create and utilize an AuraDB Instance at no cost. However, for any AuraDB Instance that remains inactive without any updates, changes, or write queries for a continuous period of 72 hours , an automated process will pause these instances.

If you don't resume your paused AuraDB Free instance within 30 days, it will be automatically destroyed, resulting in the permanent loss of all associated data.
