Neo4j Desktop plugins tab not showing

Hi,
I've just downloaded Neo4j Desktop 1.5.8 for mac and would like to install the GDS library however there is no Plugins tab showing:

I'm using macOS Monterey 12.6.5

Any advice on how to proceed from here would be much appreciated

Add a database first. Each database has its own plugin folder.

Once created, click database anywhere along the row with its name. A section to the right will present itself. The plug-in tab will be there.
