Hi guys,

Just tried to update Neo4j desktop from version 1.5.8 to 1.5.9 and I'm getting this error. Any thoughts on what I should do?

The error message/screenshot suggest

The following logs may help you diagnose the issue:
   * Desktop Logs

were these opened? Was there more detail in said logs?

Also as it generated a 503 error this is described at 503 Service Unavailable - HTTP | MDN

If you retry is the error consistent?

I did open them but I'm not sure what to do with them. Here is the latest portion of the log from my latest attempt to open it. And yes, the error seems consistent in each run from looking at the logs.

which would suggest you can't reach https://neo4j.com/release-notes/database/neo4j-4.1.13/. Via a browser (i.e. chrome, firefox, safari, etc ) if you drop this into the URL bar does the page load?

is there a corporate firewall blocking said access

The neo4j link I cannot reach it. It says this:

But I can reach he cdz.azul link. When I paste it in my browser, it downloads the zip file for aforementioned link.

Hello sir , my be at the time of installation running your system have wifi disconnected so you must have restart your system again check the internet and again do reinstallation of Neo4j desktop version,so that it can be soloved .

@eswarganta1985 suprisingly this seems to have worked. I deleted the partially downloaded version and updated from scratch and it works! Thank you!
